Privacy Policy

When you place an order we ask for your name, WhatsApp number, delivery address and city. That is the minimum needed to get a parcel to you and confirm the order.

We also record which pages your order came from and the browser you used, purely to spot problems with the site.

We never take card or bank details on this website. There is no payment form here at all — payment is arranged separately on WhatsApp. Anyone asking you to enter card details on a page claiming to be Scissor700 is not us.

There are no accounts and no passwords for customers.

Your cart is stored in your own browser, not on our servers. Clearing your browser data clears the cart, and we cannot see it until you place an order.

Only our delivery partner, and only the name, address and phone number needed to deliver your parcel. We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone else, and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.

Orders are sent through WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta and governed by its own privacy policy. Once your message arrives with us it is covered by this policy.

Order records are kept for three years, which is what we need for accounting and for handling any later exchange. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
