A flat Rs. 250 anywhere in Pakistan. Orders over Rs. 5,000 ship free.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of confirmation. Delivery then takes roughly 2–3 working days to major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar) and 3–5 working days elsewhere.

We send a tracking number on WhatsApp as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Nothing is charged through this website. Once you send your order on WhatsApp we confirm the total and arrange payment with you directly — bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash or cash on delivery where available.

If something arrives damaged, or is not the design you ordered, message us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will replace it or refund you in full, including delivery both ways.

For any other reason, we exchange within 7 days provided the fabric is unused, uncut and unwashed, with the Scissor700 ribbon and hangtag still attached. Return delivery is paid by you.

Fabric that has been cut, stitched, washed or altered in any way cannot be exchanged — once a tailor has cut it, we cannot resell it. Please check the design carefully before handing it over.

Slight variation between the colour on your screen and the fabric in hand is normal and is not treated as a fault.

You can cancel any time before dispatch — just message us. Once the parcel has left us, the exchange policy above applies instead.
